MoonQuist ("the App") is developed by Benedikt Terhechte ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
MoonQuist does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests.
We do not collect any data. Specifically:
The App saves your preferences (selected preset, volume levels, and modulation settings) locally on your device using standard system storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
MoonQuist does not connect to the internet. All audio is generated locally in real time using your device's processor. There are no servers, no APIs, and no external services involved.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or tracking tools.
MoonQuist does not collect any data from any user, including children. The App is rated 4+ and is safe for use by all ages.
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Since the App currently collects no data, any future change would be reflected in an app update and an updated policy.
